Gemma Koomen is a U.K. based painter and illustrator. She makes paintings in gouache and ink about the things that she loves; real and imaginary wildflowers and plants, small people in big places, animals that you could maybe have a conversation with, thoughtful objects and tiny homes. She is inspired by the natural world around her and seeks to find beauty in the little things.

Where possible she strives to source sustainably sourced paper and packaging and works with printers in the U.K. who use environmentally friendly practices.
