Willie's Cacao chocolate truffles are made in the U.K, with single estate cocoa. They produce their delectable chocolates in small batches. The process takes up to 21 days at low temperatures (industrial chocolate takes a few hours), which ensures the very best flavour. Choose from Dark Chocolate & Champagne or Milk Chocolate & Sea Salt.

Willie's Cacao Dark Chocolate & Champagne Praline Truffles:
Deep, dark and decadent. Soft, nutty, single estate dark chocolate with smooth Marc de Champagne and freshly roasted hazelnuts. Dark chocolate cocoa solids: 72% minimum. 35g. Suitable for vegetarians.

Willie's Cacao Milk Chocolate & Sea Salt Praline Truffles:
Luxury chocolate truffles made with rich single estate milk chocolate, freshly roasted hazelnuts and a pinch of Cornish Sea Salt. Dipped in chocolate and dusted with cocoa powder. 35g. Suitable for vegetarians.


Dark Chocolate & Champagne - Ingredients: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, hazelnuts 22%, cocoa powder, hazelnut oil 4%, Marc de Champagne 3%, cocoa butter. May contain milk. Suitable for vegetarians.


Milk Chocolate & Sea Salt - Ingredients: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, hazelnuts 24%, milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, hazelnut oil 0.8%, sea salt 0.7%. Suitable for vegetarians.


Willie Harcourt-Cooze owns his own cocoa farm in Venezuela. He opened the first bean to bar chocolate factory in Britain for hundreds of years.

Willie's Cacao sources beans directly from the farmers and pays a higher price premium than Fair Trade. Single estate cacaos are typically grown by groups of small farmers growing the same variety of beans, in the same soil and climatic conditions. This means the beans all have the same flavours. Then they join together often in co-operatives to do all the post-harvest fermenting and drying together. This means these crucial steps are standardised and done to a much higher standard than would be possible individually.
