Delivery within the UK:

FREE standard delivery will be applied to all UK orders over £60.

Orders usually leave us within 48 hours. Your items will be delivered by Royal Mail 48 and can be expected within 2-4 business days.

For orders under £60, delivery starts at £4.75. Large or high value orders may be sent by courier.

International Delivery:

We ship internationally via tracked courier or a tracked Royal Mail service to ensure your order arrives safely.

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and select EU countries.

We normally expect international orders to arrive within 10–20 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

International shipping is calculated by weight. As a guide, international shipping starts at £12.95.

Please note that due to postage restrictions we are unable to send matches outside of the UK.

A note for our US customers:

To accomodate the recent tariffs, our items will now be sent to the USA on a PDDP (Postal Delivery Duties Paid) basis. This means all applicable duties and tariffs are included in your order total — no surprises and no extra fees on delivery.

A note for our EU customers:

We have re-opened shipping to EU countries to explore customer demand.

The price shown at checkout for EU customers is UK VAT-exempt. However, on delivery, your order may be subject to EU VAT (21%) as well as a Royal Mail handling fee of around €12–€13, which will be collected by the delivery company upon arrival. For orders over €150 (approx. £130–£150), your order may also be subject to import duties, in addition to EU VAT and the Royal Mail handling fee.

For customers outside the countries listed above, import duties or customs fees may still apply on delivery. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are outside our control.

About our packaging

We use a selection of recycled, recyclable and compostable packaging. We also re-use as much of our suppliers packaging as possible, to reduce waste.

How can I track my order?

All deliveries are sent via a tracked service. Please refer to the order despatch email, which will contain details of the tracking reference allocated to your order.

Visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking reference.

Can I send a gift direct to the recipient?

Absolutely! We can send your gift directly to your recipient. Please enter their name and address when placing your order.

You will be given the option to add your gift message during checkout, which we will hand-write onto a tag to accompany your gift.

We will not include any financial information with the parcel.

Can I change the delivery address once the order has been placed?

Please email us as soon as possible (wealdstore@gmail.com) and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been posted, we will be unable to change the delivery address.
