Our Packaging

Our packaging is reusable, recyclable or compostable. Wherever possible, we also reuse boxes and cardboard from our suppliers to reduce waste.

Paper and card: Postal and gift boxes, paper mailing bags, corrugated card, kraft shredded paper, paper packing tape, newspaper offcuts, acid-free tissue paper and thank you cards can all be recycled at home with paper and card. Our boxes are made from recycled paper and card, and our thank you cards use sustainably sourced paper.

Sugar cane mailing bags: Our white mailing bags are made partly from renewable sugar cane and can be recycled with plastic bags at suitable collection points.

Packing chips: Our Eco Flo packing chips look similar to traditional plastic packing chips, but they’re made from maize-based starch. They can be reused, composted at home or dissolved in warm water.

Cotton ribbon: Reuse or take to a textile recycling point.
