Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be happy with your order and that it is a joy to receive. However, we understand that occasionally you might need to change or return something. You can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
If you are returning an item, either for an exchange or a refund, it must be returned in a fully resaleable condition. This means that items must be in perfect condition with any tags or original packaging attached. In the case of our soy wax candles, the seal must not be tampered with or broken. We regret that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on used items. If an item is returned and is deemed not to be in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights with regards to faulty items.
Please send an email to email@example.com to notify us that you wish to return or exchange an item. Please include your name, order number and reason for return or exchange in the email. We will be happy to help.
We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 48 hours of receipt and will send an email notification to you once this has been done. A refund make take several more days to show up on your bank statement, unfortunately this is out of our control.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you use a trackable service to ensure that the item reaches us. If an item does not reach us for any reason we will be unable to issue a refund.
If you return an item for an exchange or refund, we regret that we cannot refund the original postage cost. However, in the case of an exchange, we will not charge you again to send the new item to you. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
Please note that we cannot accept a return or exchange on a sale item, unless it is faulty.
