Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If you decide a product you have purchased is no longer required, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition. This means that items must be in perfect condition with any tags and original packaging attached. If an item is returned and is deemed not to be in a resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights with regards to faulty items.
Please send an email to returns@wealdstore to notify us that you wish to return or exchange an item. Please state your name, order number and reason for return or exchange in the email. We will provide you with the return address in our reply.
We aim to process refunds and exchanges within 48 hours of receipt and will send an email notification to you once this has been done. A refund make take several more days to show up on your bank statement, unfortunately this is out of our control.
If you return an item for a refund, we will refund the total item price paid minus the original postage cost. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend that you use a trackable service to ensure that the item reaches us. If an item does not reach us for any reason we will be unable to issue a refund.
If you return an item for an exchange, we will refund the total price paid minus the original postage cost. However we will not charge you any additional postage to send the new item to you. Please note exchanges are subject to availability.
If you return an item which is faulty, we will refund the total price paid including the original postage cost and will also reimburse you the postage you have paid to return it to us.
Please note that we cannot accept a return or exchange on a sale item, unless it is faulty.
