We love the soft colour palette of this table setting. Our hand-dipped beeswax candles have been displayed on a selection of different candle plates and candlesticks and the variation in height and shape really adds to the interest. The beautiful floral arrangements also act as a reminder to bring the outdoors in, wherever possible.

Here, the simplicity of the white tablecloth and crockery perfectly offset the golden hue of the beeswax candles and the colourful floral arrangement.

Candlelight is at the heart of this table. By using a selection of jars, the candle vessels echo the other glassware. Meanwhile the simplicity of the green foliage and repetition of the arrangement creates a relaxed, laid back setting.

A simple kilner jar of seasonal blooms would add a sweet touch to any table.

More suggestions for creating your Spring table:
Add candlelight to your table with our British Beeswax Candles or Soy Wax Candles.
Our beeswax candles are hand-dipped in Cumbria, with a subtle honey scent and soft natural hue. They are made for us in a small workshop who have been producing candles using traditional techniques for over 40 years.
Our scented soy wax candles are made by hand in Shaftesbury, Dorset by The Botanical Candle Company. Soy wax is a vegetable wax made from the oil of soybeans. It is a carbon neutral product and is clean burning, so doesn't release harmful toxins or pollutants.
Display candles at different heights and in different candle holders to add interest.
A mix of heights will create an organic flow across the table. Our ceramic candle holders are the perfect fit for our beeswax candles. They are thrown on the wheel in Norwich, by Eleanor Torbati. We also stock a range of brass, wooden and steel candle holders and candle plates.
Choose simple glass jars or vases to reflect the light.
Charity shops and thrift stores are both a great resource for glass jars and vases. Alternatively, jam jars and kilner jars work well.
Forage for foliage.
Branches and stems of magnolia, forsythia, viburnum and eucalyptus will add colour and texture. Consider adding sprigs of herbs such as rosemary or sage for scent.
