How can I track my order?

Please refer to the order despatch email, which will contain details of the tracking number allocated to your order.

Visit https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking reference.

Can I send a gift direct to the recipient? Can I add a gift note?

Absolutely! We can send your gift directly to your recipient. Please enter their name and address when placing your order.

You will be given the option to add your gift message during checkout, which we will hand-write onto a tag to accompany your gift.

We will not include any financial information with the parcel.

Can I change the delivery address once the order has been placed?

Please email us as soon as possible (wealdstore@gmail.com) and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been posted, we will be unable to change the delivery address.

Can I place an order after the last recommended ordering date?

Yes of course. Our last posting date of 2024 will be Saturday 21st December 2024. After this, the next posting date will be after our return from a festive break, on Friday 3rd January 2025.

Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?

If you place your order before the final dates listed above, we’ll do everything we can to ensure it arrives in time for Christmas. You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Is gift wrapping included?

Our curated gift boxes are beautifully presented in our classic kraft packaging and tied with a green cotton ribbon — ready to give or send directly to the recipient. Other items are carefully packed for protection during delivery but aren’t gift-wrapped as standard.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. International last order dates are listed above — please allow extra time for customs and seasonal delays.

As we approach the busy winter season, please take note of our last order dates above, so that your order arrives with you in time for Christmas.

As always, if you are able, I would recommend placing your order sooner rather than later; to give your parcel the best chance of arriving with you in plenty of time.

I'll be taking a festive break Saturday 20th December - Friday 2nd January. Orders placed after 6pm on Friday 19th December will be posted once I return.
