Archivist cylinder matches featuring a whimsical mermaid illustration by Elizabeth Harbour, with shells, sea creatures and underwater details.

The turquoise illustrated design wraps around the entire cylinder, creating a charming underwater scene filled with movement and character. From the mermaid and ocean-inspired details to the delicate coastal touches, this decorative match tube brings a touch of seaside imagination to any mantel, coffee table or cosy corner.

Once the matches have been used, the sturdy cylinder can be reused to store small keepsakes, stationery or other everyday essentials.

Designed and made in the UK by Archivist in collaboration with Elizabeth Harbour, these beautifully presented match tubes turn an everyday essential into something to enjoy and display.

ABOUT OUR LETTERPRESS MATCHES

Archivist was founded in 1994 and continues to this day as one of the finest letterpress studios. Letterpress printing is a traditional technique of applying ink to an image and then 'stamping' it onto paper or card. The process has changed little since the Gutenberg bible was published circa 1455.
